Costs & Transit times

  • Free Delivery* on orders above $60 AUD
  • A flat rate of $20 AUD applies for orders under $60 AUD. 
  • Orders take 24 hours to process (Monday – Friday), and between 3-6 working days to deliver. 
  • All orders will be sent via DHL Express tracked service.

Taxes & Duties for International Orders

  • Vitahub is not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred at the time of delivery, nor will Vitahub reimburse shipping costs due to unexpected fees charged by countries outside of Australia & New Zealand.
  • If you're unsure what these fees might be, Vitahub advise checking with your local customs office prior to making your purchase.
  • If a package is returned to Vitahub due to non-payment of import fees, the customer will be responsible for paying these fees plus the shipping cost for Vitahub to send out a new package.
  • Vitahub reserve the right to cancel the order if a customer refuses to pay the fees charged by their customs office.
